| Job Summary | The Junior Systems & Security Administrator position within Information Technology is responsible for administration, maintenance, and security support of the organization’s technology environment. This position manages the Office 365 environment; responds to helpdesk ticket requests; performs email account administration, password resets, and email client/webmail troubleshooting; manages email distribution lists; maintains Office 365 security tools for incoming and outgoing email protection; and assists with cybersecurity operations, monitoring, and incident response activities. The position supports the protection, availability, and reliability of enterprise systems while assisting with security initiatives, vulnerability management, and operational improvements. Additional responsibilities include:

| Minimum Qualifications | 1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related field, OR a minimum of two years of related work experience 2. Helpdesk or customer service experience 3. Experience working with and providing support to end-users 4. Technical experience with configuring and supporting end-user email software, including mobile devices 5. Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and working with professional support engineers |
