Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred; prior volunteer management; prior case management/marketing a plus; willing to work non-traditional hours; able to handle highly sensitive issues. Organizational: Reports to CASA Coordinator; supervises volunteers; interacts with staff. Key Responsibilities: recruit and retain volunteers; maintain database and training files; conduct training; coordinate and supervise volunteer efforts; coordinate DFCS/Juvenile Court referrals; review and submit volunteer court reports; provide content for monthly CASA e-newsletter; maintain confidential files; assist with recognition, events and grant data.
