Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred. Prior experience in volunteer management. Prior case management and/or marketing experience a plus. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours. Ability to handle highly sensitive issues. Organizational relationships: Reports to CASA Coordinator; supervises CASA volunteers; interacts with Twin Cedars staff. Key responsibilities include volunteer recruitment and retention (maintain 20–30 volunteers and cases, data entry, assignments), conducting volunteer training (ensure hours, files, background screens), coordinating and supervising volunteer efforts (monthly contact, ensure case coverage, monitor relationships, track hours), coordinating referrals from DFCS/Juvenile Court, reviewing and editing volunteer court reports, supporting newsletters and recognition events, and maintaining confidential files.
