Qualifications: Bachelor’s in social services field and two years’ experience, or Master’s and one year; foster care/mental health experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: provide case coordination for children in therapeutic foster homes; ensure emotional/mental health needs are met; support foster parents on Master Service Plans; support birth families; liaison to community; provide crisis intervention/on-call; maintain documentation and records; process client/foster parent data; complete intakes/placements; participate in incident management.
