Qualifications: Bachelor’s in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related plus 2 years’ experience, or Master’s with 1 year. Foster care/mental health experience preferred. Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive case coordination for children in therapeutic foster homes; ensure emotional and mental health needs are met; support and provide technical assistance to therapeutic foster parents; support birth families; act as liaison/advocate with community providers; provide crisis intervention and on-call support; maintain documentation and child records per policy/licensing; process client/foster parent data for financial purposes; complete intakes/placement moves; participate in problem-solving and incident management.
