Qualifications: 21 years of age. High School Diploma/GED. One year of experience working directly with adolescents preferred. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Description of Key Responsibilities: Supervises residents and ensures rules and regulations are followed during on/off campus activities. Manages resident behavior consistent with Mindset, the merit system, residential service plans and safety plans. Accurately and promptly documents residents’ daily activities, including allegations of abuse and neglect. Teaches independent living skills (housekeeping, manners, hygiene, dressing appropriately). Supports strength-based, family and community-focused activities. Accurately dispenses, monitors and records medication. Other duties as assigned.
