Qualifications: 21 years of age; High School Diploma/GED; one year of experience working directly with adolescents preferred; ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Key responsibilities: supervise residents and ensure rules/regulations during on/off campus activities; manage resident behavior consistent with Mindset, merit system, residential service and safety plans; accurately and promptly document residents’ daily activities including allegations of abuse/neglect; teach independent living skills (housekeeping, manners, hygiene, dressing); support strength-based, family/community-focused activities; accurately dispense, monitor and record medication; other duties as assigned.
