Qualifications: 21 years of age; High School Diploma/GED; one year experience with adolescents preferred; ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Key responsibilities: Supervise residents and enforce rules during activities; manage resident behavior consistent with Mindset, merit system, service and safety plans; accurately document daily activities and allegations; teach independent living skills; support strength-based, family- and community-focused activities; dispense/record medications accurately; other duties as assigned.
