Qualifications: 21 years of age; High School Diploma/GED; one year experience with adolescents preferred; ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Key Responsibilities: supervise residents on/off campus; manage behavior consistent with Mindset, merit system, and plans; accurately document daily activities and allegations; teach independent living skills; support strength-based, family/community-focused activities; accurately dispense, monitor and record medication; other duties as assigned.
