Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services; two years’ experience working with children/adolescents; professional verbal and written communication skills; understanding of positive peer culture and/or related agency experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Case management; facilitates development and review of residential service plans; ensures medical needs are met; participates in on-call rotation; supports strength-based, community- and family-focused activities; maintains positive working relationships with clients, families and agencies; conducts quarterly internal reviews/audits; promotes placement stability and permanency through child visits; completes MAAC weekly reports; adheres to all PREA standards; performs other related duties as assigned.
