Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Social Services; two years experience working with children/adolescents; professional verbal/written communication; understanding of positive peer culture. Key Responsibilities: case management; develop residential service plans; ensure medical needs of clients; participate in on-call; promote strength-based, community- and family-focused activities; maintain positive working relationships; conduct quarterly internal RBWO chart reviews; promote placement stability and permanency; MAAC weekly reports; adhere to all PREA standards; perform other duties as assigned.
