Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services; two years’ experience working with children/adolescents; ability to communicate verbally and in writing professionally; desirable to understand positive peer culture and/or have worked in an agency using this method. Key responsibilities: case management; facilitate development of residential service plans; ensure medical needs are met; participate in on-call; support strength-based, community-based, family-focused activities; maintain positive relationships with coworkers, clients, families and other agencies; conduct quarterly internal reviews/audits of AESH RBWO charts; promote placement stability and permanency (DFCS youth); MAAC weekly reports; adhere to all PREA standards; perform other duties as assigned.
