Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Services; two years working with children/adolescents; professional verbal and written communication; knowledge of positive peer culture desirable. Key responsibilities: Case management; develop residential service plans; ensure medical needs of clients are met; participate in on-call schedule; support strength-based, community- and family-focused activities; maintain positive working relationships; conduct quarterly internal reviews/audits of charts; promote placement stability and permanency; complete MAAC weekly reports; adhere to all PREA standards; perform other duties as assigned.
