Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Human Services Delivery or related field preferred; CAC-endorsed forensic interview training (required once employed); proficiency with Word/Excel/web databases; ability to interface with community stakeholders; handle highly sensitive issues/confidentiality. Organizational: Reports to Assistant Program Coordinator; provides forensic interview service; maintains on-call for after-hours; interfaces with providers and TCYS staff. Key Responsibilities: conduct forensic interviews; assist with scheduling/coordination; participate in peer reviews; staff cases; prepare for expert testimony; interface with DFCS and law enforcement; coordinate victim outreach and intake; maintain documentation; provide medical accompaniment and schedule exams; serve as primary records custodian; assist clients through final case disposition; represent FI on MDT case review; provide court accompaniment.
