Qualifications: MSW/MA/MS/MHS/M.Ed/MFT in Human Services; NBCC or LPC preferred; must obtain license within 3 years; 1+ year clinical experience with children/adolescents/families; solution-focused and crisis intervention skills; strong verbal/written communication. Reports to Program Coordinator; completes ongoing training/CE. Key responsibilities: Provide solution-focused psycho-educational support services to assigned children/adolescents and caregivers; conduct intake assessments; apply trauma knowledge and TF-CBT strategies; provide crisis counseling and caregiver education; maintain schedule responsive to client needs. Facilitate community/stakeholder education; maintain confidential documentation and case tracking; participate in staff/MDT meetings and trainings; facilitate trauma-informed support groups and family sessions; ensure treatment plans are followed; additional duties as assigned.
