Qualifications: M.S.W./M.A./M.S./M.H.S./M.Ed/M.F.T. in Human Services; NBCC or LPC preferred; must obtain license within three years of hire. One or more years of clinical experience with children/adolescents/families; solution-focused and crisis intervention skills; strong verbal and written communication. Organizational Relationships: Works under direct supervision of Program Coordinator; maintains ongoing training/continuing education; attends agency-wide in-service; helps train volunteers/interns. Key Responsibilities: Provides solution-focused psycho-educational support services (BASIC body safety and education strategies); conducts intakes and assessments; applies trauma knowledge and TF-CBT strategies; provides crisis counseling and caregiver education; manages client-centered scheduling. Facilitates community-based activities, MDT stakeholder education and victim outreach; conducts educational seminars and community/stakeholder education. Maintains confidential documentation and case tracking; participates in staff/MDT meetings; provides updates to DFCS and Law Enforcement; maintains HIPAA/consents; provides referral resources. Facilitates trauma-informed groups and individual/family supportive sessions; ensures treatment plans are followed. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Send resume to ksieck@twincedars.org.
