Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Social Services related field (Master’s preferred). Three years supervisory experience in human services. Experience in grant writing and programmatic reporting. Knowledge of accreditation standards and federal/state funding for CACs. Prior case management/child welfare a plus. Willing to work non-traditional hours; ability to work with multiple disciplines and promote cooperation/information sharing. Organizational: reports to Director of Advocacy; leadership for all CTH staff; responsible for budgeting and grants; on-call system; interfaces with human service providers; interacts with TCYS staff. Key responsibilities: programmatic oversight (forensic services, mental health, forensic medical); expand services; primary contact for legal subpoenas; staff training; incident/accident reporting; staff meetings/supervision/PAIs; balance discipline and reinforcement; hold staff accountable including training; orient new staff; scheduling/time reports; monitor interactions and resolve disputes. Lead stakeholder collaboration; provide education/tours; attend community events; conduct forensic interviews; supervise interview staff; expert testimony; MDT participation. Fiscal/grant writing; maintain national/state accreditation; CACGA engagement; serve as Child Abuse Protocol Coordinator; oversee center operations/safety; community prevention/intervention facilitator; supervise master’s level interns.
