Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Social Services (Master’s preferred); 3 years supervisory experience; grant writing and program reporting; knowledge of accreditation standards and funding for CACs; prior case management/child welfare a plus; willing to work non-traditional hours; effective multidisciplinary collaboration. Organizational: Reports to Director of Advocacy; leads CTH staff; responsible for budgeting/grants; on-call; interfaces with providers and TCYS staff. Key Responsibilities: programmatic oversight and staff supervision; stakeholder collaboration and education; fiscal management and grant submissions; maintain national/state accreditation; represent at CACGA; coordinate Child Abuse Protocol; ensure facility safety/operations; community prevention and training; supervise masters-level interns.
