Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services related field; Master’s preferred.- Three years supervisory experience in human service delivery.- Experience in grant writing and programmatic reporting.- Working knowledge of Accreditation standards and Federal/State funding streams for CACs.- Prior case management and child welfare experience a plus.- Willing to work non-traditional hours.- Effective multidisciplinary collaboration and information sharing skills.Organizational Relationships and General Description- Reports to Director of Advocacy; provides leadership to all CTH staff; responsible for budgeting and grant submissions; maintains after-hours on-call system; interfaces with providers in judicial circuit; interacts with all TCYS staff.Key Responsibilities (selected)1) Programmatic oversight for all Children’s Tree House (CTH) staff: supervises Forensic Services, Mental Health, and Forensic Medical; expands victim services; subpoena contact; staff training; incident/accident reporting; staff meetings/supervision; accountability for training; orientation; scheduling/time reports; monitors staff interactions.2) Stakeholder collaboration leadership: oversees interagency cooperation; provides stakeholder education/tours; attends community events; conducts forensic interviews; supervises forensic interview staff; expert testimony; active member of MDT case reviews.3) Fiscal and grant writing: monitors/develops budget; approves purchases; maintains balanced budget; completes/submits grants; ensures programmatic reporting.4) Maintains National/State accreditation standards: organizes site review materials; liaison to review teams; tracks standards; closes gaps.5) CACGA engagement: attends quarterly meetings; networks with CAC directors; pursues board/committee involvement; encourages conference attendance.6) Child Abuse Protocol Coordinator for Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit: ensures compliance; chairs annual meeting; updates protocol and secures signatures; disseminates protocol and trains stakeholders.7) Oversees CTH facility operations: maintenance requests; orders supplies/equipment; IT/technology coordination; maintains home-like atmosphere; cultural outreach materials; safety inspections.8) Community prevention/education facilitator: mandated reporter education, Darkness to Light, prevention trainings; stakeholder training collaboration; community presentations; law enforcement in-service; outreach to community organizations.8) Provides supervision to Masters-level interns: research education; staffing opportunities; programmatic projects; review assessments/intakes; liaise with field supervisors.
