Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Social Services (Master’s preferred); 3 years supervisory experience in human services; grant writing and program reporting experience; knowledge of accreditation standards and funding for CACs; prior case management/child welfare a plus; willing to work non-traditional hours; strong multidisciplinary collaboration. Reports to Director of Advocacy. Key responsibilities: Provide programmatic oversight for Children’s Tree House (forensic, mental health, medical); staff supervision, training, incident reporting, and scheduling; stakeholder collaboration and education; conduct forensic interviews within circuit; provide/oversee expert testimony; manage budgets and grants; maintain national/state accreditation standards (CACGA, NCA, COA); serve as CACGA representative; coordinate Child Abuse Protocol for the circuit; oversee facility operations and safety; conduct community prevention/education; supervise master’s-level interns.
