Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Services related field; Master’s preferred. Three years supervisory experience in human service delivery. Experience in grant writing and programmatic reporting. Knowledge of accreditation standards and federal/state funding for CACs. Prior case management/child welfare a plus. Willing to work non-traditional hours. Strong multidisciplinary collaboration skills. Organizational Relationships and General Description: Reports to Director of Advocacy; provides leadership to all CTH staff; responsible for budgeting and grants; maintains on-call system; interfaces with providers; interacts with all TCYS staff. Key Responsibilities: Programmatic oversight for Children’s Tree House staff (forensic services, mental health, forensic medical), staff training, incident/accident reporting, meetings and performance feedback, accountability for training requirements, orientation, scheduling and time reports, conflict resolution. Stakeholder leadership and collaboration: interagency cooperation, stakeholder education and tours, community representation, conducts forensic interviews, supervises forensic interview staff, expert testimony, active participation in MDT reviews. Fiscal/grant writing: budget monitoring, purchases, balanced budget, timely grants and reporting. Accreditation: organize site reviews (CACGA, NCA, COA), liaison with review teams, stay current on standards, address gaps. CACGA participation, protocol coordination for the circuit, center operations oversight (maintenance, IT, environment), prevention and intervention training, supervision of master’s level interns.
