Qualifications: Bachelor’s in related field or bachelor’s plus 2 years social services; prior case management/child welfare preferred; willing to work non-traditional hours; knowledge of community resources; multidisciplinary teamwork; knowledge of trauma impact. Organizational: Reports to Program Coordinator and Lead Clinical Therapist/Outreach Specialist; participates in on-call; manages Victim Advocacy and Outreach Programs; interacts with TCYS staff. Key Responsibilities: coordinate victim outreach services/intakes; ensure rights/confidentiality; assist with judicial paperwork and referrals; enter and track case data through disposition; schedule and accompany for sexual assault exams; follow-up case management and liaison with community agencies; organize support groups; provide psychoeducation (trauma, teen dating violence, domestic violence); maintain files and outcomes; participate in MDT case review; community education (Erin’s Law, Healthy Relationships, etc.).
