Qualifications: Bachelor’s in a related field or bachelor’s plus two years’ social services experience. Prior case management/child welfare preferred. Willing to work non-traditional hours. Knowledge of community resources and referral practices. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary team; trauma-informed approach; knowledge of psychological/emotional impacts on survivors. Organizational: reports to Program Coordinator and Lead Clinical Therapist/Outreach Specialist; participates in on-call; manages day-to-day Advocacy and Outreach Programs; interacts with TCYS staff. Key responsibilities: coordinate victim outreach for suspected sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, teen dating violence; greet consumers, protect victims’ rights, maintain confidentiality; coordinate intake and assist with judicial process paperwork; refer to Victim Assistance; collaborate with child welfare stakeholders; enter case data and track through disposition; coordinate counseling referrals; schedule sexual assault exams and provide medical accompaniment; follow-up case management; liaison with agencies; organize support groups; provide psychoeducation; maintain accurate files and measurable outcomes; participate in advocacy program development (surveys, resource guide, referral sources, required trainings); represent advocacy in MDT case review; collaborate with partners; provide community education and outreach (e.g., Protect Your Crown program, Erin’s Law, healthy relationships).
