Qualifications- 21 years of age- High School Diploma/GED- One year of experience working directly with adolescents preferred- Ability to communicate verbally and in writingDescription of Key Responsibilities- Supervises residents and ensures that appropriate rules and regulations are followed during on/off campus activities.- Manages resident’s behavior that is consistent with Mindset, the merit system, residential service plans and safety plans.- Accurately and promptly documents residents’ daily activities including allegations of abuse and neglect.- Teaches independent living skills: housekeeping, proper manners, personal hygiene, dressing appropriately.- Supports the philosophy that promotes strength-based, family and community-focused activities.- Accurately dispenses, monitors and records medication to residents.- Other Duties as assigned.Note: All applicants are subject to background and drug screening.
