Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or other social services field and two years’ experience working with children and families OR a master’s degree in a social services field and one year of related experience. Foster care system and/or mental health experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive case coordination for children in therapeutic foster homes; oversees children’s emotional and mental health needs; supports Therapeutic Foster Parents in implementing Master Service Plans; supports birth families; serves as liaison and advocate with community providers; provides crisis intervention and on-call support; maintains documentation and child records per policy and funding requirements; processes client and foster parent data for financial purposes; completes new admission intakes and placement moves; participates in problem-solving and incident management for the TFC program.
