Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or other social services field and two years’ experience working with children and families OR Master’s degree in social services field and one year of related experience. Foster care system and/or mental health experience preferred.Key Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive case coordination for children in therapeutic foster homes; oversees children’s emotional and mental health needs; provides technical assistance and support to Therapeutic Foster Parents implementing the Master Service Plan; supports birth families; acts as a liaison to community services; provides crisis intervention and emergency on-call support; maintains documentation and child records per policy and licensing; processes client and foster parent data for financial purposes; completes new admission intakes and placement moves; participates in problem-solving and incident management for the TFC program.
