Job Summary

Responsible for the management of all inbound and outbound operations.  Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient level to fulfill all orders.  Balance workloads to achieve optimal production and delivery goals.  Manage overall budget, safety, quality, performance, and customer experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage processes to improve operational efficiencies, data analysis, and team feedback and make appropriate changes to meet the business needs.
  • Extensive knowledge of business function and department processes and how they fit in ERP (SAP S4 Hana/ Net Suite) platform.
  • Maintain non-union status (MNUS)
  • Proven success with KPI improvement
  • Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse operations
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field of study.


Minimum Work Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years' of experience in logistics and distribution
  • 5 years of progressive leadership experience

License(s) / Certification(s): None.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Prioritization and allocation of resources
  • Collaborative and agile team leader
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Proven experience in project management, cost analysis, and cost optimizations
  • High energy with bias for action
  • Ability to build and maintain strong cohesive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a team of direct reports in pursuit of a common goal.
  • Transportation & Inventory Management experience
  • SAP S4 Hana / ERP Platform experience
  • Proficiency using PC (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
  • Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers
  • Ability to have regular and predictable attendance
