Job Summary

The Director of Sales - eCommerce marketing will direct and oversee the organization's omnichannel strategy. This role will focus on the consumer experience across channels, build a Center Of Excellence organization, and drive execution to create an Omnichannel environment for the company. This position will have a critical leadership role within the company and will directly lead our Direct To Consumer operations, website management, e-Tail customers, channel marketing and online analytics. This team member will also coordinate Omnichannel capabilities and best practices with Europe team. Incumbent will act as the thought leader for the company to create excellent Consumer experience (CX) across all touchpoints.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and oversee strategy and operating direction for Omnichannel
• Select, recruit, lead and develop a high-quality Omnichannel team to achieve annual targets
• Create a team environment that is agile, progressive, and collaborative
• Ensure all consumer touchpoints are consistent and high-quality experiences
• Lead partnerships with key retail and e-tail partners to expand eCommerce opportunities
• Develop industry leading capabilities in websites, content curation and data management
• Partner with the Sales team to effectively execute the marketing mix and customer activities at key customers
• Drive thought leadership in Omnichannel opportunities across the company
• Own data management and analytics for online channels
• Manage all direct inbound or outbound interactions with consumers through call center inquiries or outreach
• Deliver annual revenue targets and manage expenses to annual budgets

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or other relevant field. Advanced Degree Preferred.


Minimum Work Experience: 10+ years relevant work experience in fields including eCommerce, Marketing, Sales and Brand Management, and Prior ownership of eCommerce revenue results

• Excellent executive communication skills: simplifying complex analysis to clarify options and recommendations
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional commercial teams
• Excellent project management skills and ability to set clear milestones for teams
• Analytical mindset and comfort using data to diagnose and inform decisions
• Ability to prioritize key projects and allocate resources to drive those projects
• High energy to drive continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work professionally and cooperatively with team members throughout the organization
