Special Education Paraprofessional - Self Contained Elementary Classroom Assistant. Assists the teacher with daily classroom activities and supports special needs students. All Georgia paraprofessionals must hold a valid Paraprofessional Educator certificate (can be completed within first 30 days). Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or GED and meet federal hiring requirements. Additional duties include filing skills, computer skills, and classroom management.
