Position Title: SUBSTITUTE School Bus Driver. Site: Transportation Office. Reports To: Director of Transportation. Primary Function: Provides for the safe operation of the assigned bus and control of the passengers while transporting to and from their assigned education center or school-related function. Requirements: Certification/Licensing: CDL driver’s license with P & S Endorsements. Proficiency Skills: Written and oral communication skills, supervisory skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks, and interpersonal skills. Personal Skills: Pleasant personality, cooperative attitude, physical skills and stamina to perform essential duties. Essential Duties include: prompt and regular attendance; professional communication and conduct; compliance with regulations; confidentiality; participation in training; safe driving; pre/post-trip inspections; fueling; maintenance scheduling; timely reports; attending safety meetings; other duties as assigned.
