Position Title: SUBSTITUTE School Bus Driver. Site: Transportation Office. Reports To: Director of Transportation. Primary Function: Provides for the safe operation of the assigned bus and control of passengers while transporting to and from their assigned education center or school-related function. Requirements: CDL driver’s license with P & S Endorsements. Proficiency Skills: communication, supervisory, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Essential Duties include regular attendance, professional communication, adherence to policies and ethics, confidentiality, professional appearance, participation in training, initiative, time on task, limiting personal business, driving routes on schedule, pre/post-trip inspections, fueling, delivering bus to maintenance, submitting reports, attending safety meetings and training, and other duties as assigned.
